Snoring
prevention
To prevent snoring, try these helpful hints:
·
Try losing
weight
·
Eat an earlier
dinner
·
Keep your mouth
closed with store-bought aids or using a nose-guard
·
Sleep on your
side, which is better than sleeping on your back which tends to encourage
snoring
·
Avoid alcohol
and/or sleeping pills. Both can cause super relaxation of the tongue and soft
pallet at the back of the throat which can cause snoring
Allergies can also cause snoring so check with your
allergist and take proper medication for your allergies. Products to prevent
snoring are plentiful. Some work; some don't. Check with your doctor before
trying them.
