are a few simple tips to reduce your odds of becoming one of those million.

Lungs, esophagus, voice box (larynx), mouth, bladder, kidney, and pancreas.

Eat Healthy Leafy green vegetables can
reduce your risk of colon and stomach cancer. Fruits and grains are also good.
Avoid high fat foods and only consume moderate amounts of alcohol.

Keep In Shape - Obesity puts you at risk for prostate, colon and rectum
cancer.

Sun Protection Skin cancer is a very
common form of cancer, as well as one of the most avoidable ones. Cover exposed
areas of the skin, use plenty of sunscreen, wear a hat and sunglasses, and
avoid peak sun hours and tanning salons.

Cancer Screening Regular check-ups are
important for early detection. Also, regular self-examination is also a good
idea to check for any changes in skin color, moles, etc.
