Water exercise helps with Arthritis

For arthritis sufferers, a regular exercise program can work wonders. Exercise is good to maintain flexibility and strength of joints, coordination, and an improved sense of self-esteem. For people who have arthritis, low impact exercises performed in warm water are an ideal solution.

Benefits of Water Exercise

·         As the body temperature rises in warm water, your blood vessels will dilate which increases circulation.

·         Water exercise is a good low impact way to exercise joints and muscles.

·         Water allows the free movement of joints and muscles and acts as resistance to build muscle strength.

·         Relaxing in a spa is excellent therapy. Warm water released by jets is a great way to massage sore and tired muscles.
