Are you drinking enough
water?
The
truth is, most people probably don’t drink enough
water on a daily basis. Water is a crucial part in maintaining one’s health and
keeping your body hydrated. It’s recommended that about eight to 10 cups a day
for the average person is adequate. If you spend time outdoors during warm
summer days your body will need even more than the recommended minimum. Also,
people who exercise, especially in warm weather, should hydrate their body
properly with adequate amounts of water.
Coffee, tea, and colas are
diuretics and cause the body to lose some fluids, so make sure to drink enough
water to compensate. Alcohol acts in a similar fashion, so drink enough water
to counter its effects on the body.
